Role: Service Coordinator (Battery & Charger)

Job Location: MIDC, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai.

Experience: 2 – 5 Years experience as a Service Coordinator (preferably handling Batteries / Chargers or similar).

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Education: Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / ITI Graduate.

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator for our Battery & Charger department. The role involves coordinating service operations, handling customer complaints, reporting, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The candidate will manage 3-4 engineers, and support warranty resolution processes.

Key Skill Sets:

- Knowledge of lead-acid & lithium-ion batteries and chargers.
- Customer service and grievance resolution.
- Preparation of service, fault, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse service engineers across 2-3 locations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Main role will require providing good customer service, being available on the phone to handle customer grievances round the clock.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with warehouse engineers that are receiving and testing - servicing, fault analysis, and resolution of batteries and chargers.
- Manage customers telephonically and respond to them giving timely updates with regards to batteries / chargers received and resolution being given.




- Supervise a team of 3–4 warehouse service engineers performing battery/charger checks.
- Prepare accurate MIS reports and submit to the management from time to time.
- Ensure all service calls are attended to and closed in a timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain MIS and other reports to track service performance and service call closures.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training and learning about new products.

Required Experience

- Should have 2 - 5 years experienced in batteries, chargers, or related service operations.
- Should have experienced in managing warehouse service engineers and service coordination.
- Strong knowledge of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries and chargers.

Preferred Candidate Location

- Andheri, Mumbai or nearby Mumbai suburban areas.

Candidates from a similar field with experience of handling a similar role are welcome.
