- Design Development: Creating conceptual sketches, 3D models, and detailed technical drawings using computer-aided software.
- Client Consultation & Feasibility: Discussing project goals, budget, and site feasibility with clients to develop project scopes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all designs comply with building codes, fire regulations, and city ordinances.
- Project Management: Overseeing construction progress, managing contractors, and resolving in office issues.
- Collaboration: Working with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate systems.
- Sustainability & Innovation: Incorporating eco-friendly materials and sustainable building practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹53,465.28 per month
