1. Project Implementation & Centre Management (40%)
- Supervise the daily operations of the Silai training centre, tracking trainee attendance, retention, and training quality.
- Procure and manage center inventory, including sewing machines, fabrics, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Coordinate with the technical tailoring instructor to ensure the curriculum timeline is strictly maintained.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including trainee profiles, progress reports, and course metrics.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
