Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, disciplined, and result-oriented Accounts Executive to independently manage the company's accounting functions, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and MIS. The ideal candidate should have excellent accounting knowledge, strong mathematics skills, and hands-on expertise in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

● Independently manage complete books of accounts.

● Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and ledger scrutiny.

● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

● Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations.

● Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

● Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.

● Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities.

● Handle payroll accounting and statutory deductions.

● Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial controls.

● Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

● Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls.

● Support management with financial planning and decision-making. Mandatory Requirements

● B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

● Minimum 5 years of experience in a company handling complete accounts.





● Minimum 2 years of working under a Chartered Accountant (CA).

● Expert knowledge of Tally ERP.

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS Reports, and financial analysis.

● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Banking, and statutory compliances.

● Excellent mathematics skills with exceptional numerical accuracy.

● Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Preferred Candidate Profile

● Location: Candidate should be a local resident of Raipur.

● Age: 40 years or above.

● Marital Status: Married.

● Candidates who have completed CA Articleship and have appeared for the CA Final examination will be given the highest preference.

● Reliable employment history with long-term association in previous organizations.

● Strong communication and coordination skills.

● Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail.

Selection Preference 1. Candidate who has completed CA Articleship and has appeared for the CA Final examination.

2. Minimum 2 years' experience working under a Chartered Accountant.

3. Minimum 5 years of company accounting experience.

4. Expert in Tally ERP and Advanced Microsoft Excel.

5. Local resident of Raipur, married, and 40 years or above.

Experience: Minimum 5 Years Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Reporting To: Finance Head / Director Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
