The Purchase Executive / Manager will lead procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and uninterrupted supply to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of cosmetic raw materials and packaging materials.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor base; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.
- Ensure timely procurement aligned with production planning to avoid shortages or delays.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimum stock.
- Ensure all materials meet company quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare cost comparison statements and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ERP records.
- Coordinate closely with Production, QA, R&D;, and Finance teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience





- 1-5 years of procurement experience in cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.
- Solid negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
