Intern - Purchase Team

Tasks

Tasks shall include but not be limited to:

· Assist the purchase leads to extract the various fleet purchasing data and compile reports

· Assist the purchase leads to prepare the minutes of various purchase meetings, arrange the meeting and update the minutes of the meeting thereafter

· Assist the purchase leads to arrange meetings with various vendors in office.

· Liaise with purchasers to update and maintain the data for any quality issues noted with various vendors

· Learn the various aspects of the purchaser’s jobs and act as a back-up for any purchaser if the need arises

· Assist the purchase leads to maintain the various purchase related records (vessel allocation lists, vendor lists etc)

· Assist purchasers in bulk purchase of items for all fleet vessels (i.e company stationary/enviro seals/sample kits etc)

· Any other purchase related task allocated by the Purchase Lead or Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
