- Supervising and managing the automotive service technicians and staff
- Overseeing the inspection of automobiles and approving or disapproving repair requests
- Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints regarding services and charges
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering parts and supplies as needed
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote automotive services
- Assuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and environmental laws and regulations
- Setting and managing the budget for the service department
- Planning and organizing work schedules for the team
- Training and developing employees, and keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and trends

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
