The Procurement & Costing Executive is responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, preparing project cost estimates, generating customer quotations, issuing work orders, preparing agreements, and ensuring timely procurement of materials for all solar projects. The role focuses on maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and smooth coordination between the sales, execution, and accounts departments.

- Source and procure solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, electrical accessories, and other project materials.
- Identify and evaluate current suppliers and maintain vendor relationships.
- Obtain competitive quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.




- Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays.
- Monitor purchase orders and material delivery status.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor databases.

Required Skills
