We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and maintain our hotel's IT infrastructure and ensure uninterrupted technology support across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the Property Management System (PMS), POS systems, and other hotel applications.
- Implement and monitor IT security, data backup, antivirus, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance, software upgrades, and technical support.
- Manage CCTV, IP telephony, access control, and other technology systems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum system uptime.
- Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, and technical documentation.
- Recommend and implement technology improvements to enhance hotel operations.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–5 years of IT administration experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi, system administration, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with hotel PMS, POS systems, CCTV, and hospitality software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to critical IT issues when required.
