We are hiring Sound Box Installer to install digital payment devices and onboard merchants within the assigned territory. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who are comfortable with field work and interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install digital payment sound box devices at merchant locations.
- Onboard new merchants and complete the required documentation.
- Explain product features and assist merchants with device activation.
- Visit assigned areas to identify and acquire new merchants.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with retailers and business owners.
- Resolve basic merchant queries and provide support when required.
- Meet assigned installation and sales targets.
- Submit daily activity and visit reports to the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
Experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, telecom, fintech, banking, FMCG, installation, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
