Position: Medical Social Worker (MSW – Psychiatry) Residential

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated MSW (Psychiatry) or Medical Social Work graduate to join our team. Freshers with a passion for mental health and patient care are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility:

- MSW with Medical & Psychiatric Social Work
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and willing to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide psychosocial assessment and support to patients and families
- Assist with counselling, case management, and patient education
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Participate in mental health awareness and community outreach activities, as required

Location: Vengambakkam Chennai
Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
