Key Responsibilities

- Handle showroom walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and services.
- Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize order conversions.
- Follow up on customer enqui1-ries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the Measurement, Production, and Installation teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction from enquiry to successful installation.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
- Encourage satisfied customers to provide Google Reviews.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Retail / Showroom Sales.
- Experience in Home Furnishing, Curtains, Blinds, Furniture, Interiors, Tiles, Paints, Sanitaryware, Modular Kitchen, Building Materials, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.




- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email & WhatsApp).
- Tamil communication is mandatory. English communication will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
