Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Developer with 3+ years of enterprise-grade frontend development experience and hands-on exposure to Generative AI-assisted development workflows.

This role requires expertise in building scalable, secure, high-performance applications using modern frontend technologies while adhering to enterprise architecture standards, compliance requirements, and best-in-class UX principles.

The candidate will work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Backend, DevOps, Security, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable, AI-enabled digital solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.

Enterprise UI/UX Engineering

- Design and develop responsive, accessible, enterprise-grade web applications.
- Translate UX research, wireframes, and prototypes into scalable UI systems.
- Build and maintain enterprise design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Ensure compliance with:
- WCAG accessibility standards
- Corporate branding guidelines
- Security and data privacy policies
- Support multi-tenant, role-based UI architectures.

2.

Frontend Architecture & Development

- Develop scalable applications using:
- HTML5, CSS3
- Bootstrap & Tailwind CSS
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- TypeScript
- React.js
- Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR)

- Architect modular and maintainable component structures.
- Implement:

- State management (Redux Toolkit / Context API / Zustand)
- Code splitting and lazy loading
- Micro-frontend architecture (where applicable)

- Integrate secure RESTful APIs and enterprise authentication systems (OAuth, SSO).
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive compatibility.

3.

Generative AI Enablement (Enterprise Context)





- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, internal LLM platforms) to:
- Accelerate code development
- Refactor legacy components
- Generate test cases and documentation
- Improve developer productivity

- Integrate AI-powered features into enterprise applications:

- AI chat interfaces
- Intelligent search and recommendations
- AI-assisted dashboards

- Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI-compatible or enterprise-hosted models).
- Apply prompt engineering best practices.
- Ensure AI governance compliance:

- Data security
- PII protection
- Model usage monitoring
- Responsible AI guidelines

4.

Performance, Security & Compliance

- Optimize applications for Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse metrics.
- Follow secure coding standards (OWASP best practices).
- Conduct code reviews and static analysis.
- Collaborate with DevSecOps teams for secure deployments.
- Ensure enterprise logging, monitoring, and observability standards.

5.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical strategy.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with:
- Product Owners
- UX Designers
- Backend Engineers
- AI/ML Engineers
- DevOps & Security Teams

Requirements

Experience

- 3+ years of frontend/UI development experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience working on large-scale production applications.
- Proven experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.

Technical Skills

Frontend Core

- Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3
- Strong experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
- JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript




- React.js and Next.js (SSR/SSG)

Architecture & Engineering

- Component-driven architecture
- State management solutions
- API integration and error handling
- Git-based version control workflows
- CI/CD pipeline familiarity

GenAI & AI Integration

- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools
- Exposure to LLM API integrations
- Understanding of prompt optimization
- Awareness of AI governance in enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with:
- Micro-frontends
- Monorepo architectures (Nx, Turborepo)
- Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Performance monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)

- Knowledge of:

- Exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms.
