Job Summary

NFAD Co-operative Society is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Executive to handle loan processing, customer acquisition, documentation, and field verification activities. The candidate must report daily to the branch office and perform both office and field-level operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new loan customers through field visits, references, and branch walk-ins.
- Explain loan schemes, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria clearly to members.
- Collect and verify loan application documents.
- Conduct field verification of customer residence, workplace, and guarantors.
- Prepare and submit loan files for approval as per society norms.
- Coordinate with Branch Manager and Accounts Department for loan disbursement.
- Maintain accurate loan records and daily activity reports.
- Follow up with members for EMI collections and overdue payments.
- Ensure strict adherence to NFAD policies and documentation procedures.




- Attend review meetings and complete targets within deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

- Graduate / Plus Two / Diploma (Any stream).
- Minimum 1 year experience in loan / finance / banking / microfinance preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English.
- Willing to do field work and travel within branch areas.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Documentation).
- Honest, disciplined, and target-driven attitude.

Working Hours

- 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Sunday / holiday as per NFAD Society norms.

Mode of work: In-Person – Daily office attendance mandatory along with field activities. Performance Expectations

- Monthly loan disbursement targets must be achieved.
- Field verification accuracy and documentation quality will be reviewed regularly.
- Timely submission of daily and monthly reports.
