We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist to accurately transcribe medical reports, patient records, and other healthcare documents while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring high-quality documentation.

Responsibilities

- Transcribe medical dictations, reports, and patient records accurately.
- Review and edit documents for grammar, clarity, and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Ensure timely submission of transcribed reports.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff for clarification when needed.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.

Required Skills

- Excellent typing and listening skills.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Positive command of English grammar and spelling.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Medical Transcription, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Certification in Medical Transcription is an added advantage.
