We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Installation Engineer to oversee the installation of products/services at client sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer handling, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage product/service installations at customer locations
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure smooth and professional customer experiences during installations
- Identify and solve installation-related issues on-site
- Report daily progress and issues to the operations team
- Maintain installation tools and equipment properly
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Engineering background preferred
- Proven experience in customer handling (installation/service background preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic technical knowledge related to installation (training will be provided if needed)
Language Requirements:
Native or fluent in Kannada
Proficiency in English
Other Requirements:
Immediate joiners will be given preference
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
