Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Field Sales Engineer with a mechanical engineering background to drive sales of CNC machines. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and providing suitable technical solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Promote and sell CNC machines (Laser Cutting, Shearing, Press Brake, etc.)
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable machines/solutions
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with internal technical and production teams for order execution
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets





Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in technical sales (preferably CNC machines or industrial equipment)
- Strong understanding of CNC machines and manufacturing processes
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in selling Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brake, or Shearing Machines
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
