Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic
individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground
Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning
of airport operations, providing excellent customer service to
passengers, and maintaining a protected and secure environment. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in,
boarding, and arrival areas - Handle baggage and cargo loading and
unloading - Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with
safety regulations - Provide information and assistance to
passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, and
airport facilities - Handle and resolve passenger complaints and
inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Coordinate with
other departments and airlines to ensure efficient flight




operations - Maintain accurate records of flight and passenger
information - Assist with special needs passengers, such as
unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Perform
other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team
Requirements: - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent -
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace - Physically fit and
able to lift heavy baggage and stand for long periods of time -
Basic computer skills - Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of
other languages is a plus - Prior experience in the aviation
industry is preferred but not required - Must be willing to work in
