Execute batch manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR). Supervise batch charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, blending, and packing operations. Ensure production targets are achieved within planned timelines. Monitor critical process parameters and optimize process efficiency. Coordinate campaign planning and shift activities Ensure accurate and timely completion of: Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) Equipment Logbooks Cleaning Records Calibration Records Usage Logs Shift Reports Maintain compliance with cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in regulatory and customer audits.
