- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of commercial and high-rise construction projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee site activities including structural, finishing.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor performance
- Control project costs and handle billing, variations, and claims
- Ensure timely approvals, inspections, and statutory clearances
- Lead site teams and foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
