AI-Assisted Front-End, Back-End, and Workflow Automation Specialist

Main Function:
Responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining digital forms, HTML-based tools, user interfaces, basic back-end support files, and AI-assisted workflow prototypes to support banking and other business operations, compliance reporting, loan processing, documentation, internal and external audit requirements, and process automation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript files for internal banking tools and other business-related digital systems.
- Assist in developing front-end and basic back-end prototypes for loan processing, cash operations, compliance monitoring, administrative workflows, internal audit, and external audit support.
- Use AI-assisted tools to support coding, drafting, testing, debugging, layout improvement, workflow design, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the IT, Compliance, Loan, Cash, Management, Front Desk, Secretary, and other concerned departments for the development and improvement of digital tools and workflow systems.
- Maintain proper documentation, file organization,



version control, naming conventions, change logs, and audit trails for all created or revised files.
- Assist in converting manual forms, paper-based processes, and spreadsheet-based monitoring into semi-automated digital workflows.
- Ensure that digital tools follow bank-approved controls, access limitations, user accountability, audit trail requirements, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Support Management in designing simple, practical, and controlled digital systems that improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and strengthen compliance monitoring.
- Assist in testing digital tools before actual use, including checking for missing fields, incorrect formulas, layout errors, broken links, user access issues, and data-entry weaknesses.
- Recommend improvements to existing forms, workflows, and digital files to make them more secure, organized, user-friendly, and suitable for banking operations.

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
