AppSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee procurement operations, vendor management, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, experience in procurement processes, and the ability to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order management.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through procurement analysis.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for procurement planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and cost optimization strategies.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications
