Production Supervisor / Dispatch Executive / Production Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Supervisor / Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day production activities, packing, dispatch, manpower, inventory, and quality compliance. The candidate should ensure smooth production operations, timely dispatch of finished goods, and maintain proper production records.

Key Responsibilities:Production Management

- Supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor machine operations and manpower utilization.
- Plan daily production schedules.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager for smooth operations.

Packing & Dispatch

- Ensure proper packing of finished goods.
- Verify dispatch quantity, batch number, and documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and stock movement.

Inventory Management

- Monitor raw material and packing material availability.
- Maintain finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock management.
- Report shortages or excess stock to management.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure production follows GMP and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.




- Ensure employees follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspections.

Team Management

- Supervise production workers and helpers.
- Allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Maintain attendance and discipline.
- Train new employees on production processes.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare Daily Production Reports.
- Maintain Dispatch Register.
- Record machine downtime and production losses.
- Update stock and production records.
- Submit daily reports to management.

Required Skills

- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production planning.
- Inventory and dispatch management.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Problem-solving and team handling ability.
- Ability to work under production targets.

Qualification

- Experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG will be preferred.
