We're Hiring: Brand Communication Lead

We're looking for a Brand Communication Lead to own our brand's voice, messaging, and content strategy — end-to-end. You'll combine hands-on copywriting with strategic ownership of how our brand shows up everywhere.

What You'll Do

- Create original, engaging content for social media, campaigns, website, and marketing materials
- Write captions, taglines, and storytelling content aligned with our brand voice
- Own brand communication end-to-end — tone, voice, and messaging consistency across platforms
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars around campaigns, trends, and festivals
- Lead communication for marketing campaigns — concept, messaging, and execution
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to align visuals with content
- Review, edit,



and approve all content before it goes live
- Track content performance and keep improving based on what works
- Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in brand communication, content writing, or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns
- Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and content formats
- A portfolio of previous copywriting/content work
- High ownership mindset and attention to detail

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
