e are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tally Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for Tally ERP/TallyPrime software. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, positive communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Tally ERP/TallyPrime software.
- Provide technical and functional support to customers via phone, remote access, and on-site visits.
- Resolve issues related to accounting, GST, inventory, payroll, and Tally operations.
- Assist clients with data backup, restoration, and data migration.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain customer support records and follow up on pending queries.
- Train customers on basic Tally features and usage.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
