ROLE OVERVIEW
The Odoo Functional Consultant acts as the primary link between business stakeholders and the technical team. You will be responsible for requirement gathering, module configuration, and ensuring the ERP system aligns with business workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis & Mapping
Analyze business processes and map them to standard Odoo features. Conduct Gap Analysis to identify customization needs versus standard workflows.

Configuration & Implementation
Configure core modules: Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, and HR. Manage end-to-end implementation from setup to Go-Live support.

Training & Support
Create functional documentation, user manuals, and technical guides. Conduct user training sessions to ensure high system adoption. Perform functional testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

- REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP configuration.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Accounting and Finance business logic. Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Problem Solving: Proactive approach to process optimization.

- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the Accounting or Service industry.
Familiarity with Odoo version upgrades and data migration.
