Job Description

# of yrs: 5~7 yrs
1.Experience on Robotic simulation in Automotive manufacturing process.
2.Experience in:
a. Fanuc and Yaskawa robot teaching
c. Operation of laser bonding equipment and robots
d. Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA & ABB robots and other robots will be an added advantage.
e. Experience on layout optimization.
f. Experience on manufacturing processes like spot welding, riveting, Adhesive & Sealing, Stud welding, material handling.
g. Experience on Arc welding, hemming, clinching, laser welding, screwing will be an added advantage.
h. Experience on identifying tools/equipment/mockups preparations for above manufacturing processes.
i. Experience on Fixture, tool & Gun Kinematics.
j. Experience on Tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation.

Must have good communication skills & team player. Should be adaptable and able to manage complexity.
l. Awareness on RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle time analysis & optimization will be an added advantage.
3.Japaneses language N3 level must
4.Offshore coordination, scheduling & good communication
5.Interact with Client and stakeholders located at different location across Japan to get required inputs and understand requirement
6.Open to Travel
7. SOFTWARES: Process Simulate, Delmia V5, MS OFFICE (MUST)
