Job Overview

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Admission Counseling, or a similar sales role. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their educational goals, and guiding them in selecting the right Online UG/PG programs. This is a target-based sales role requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable Online UG/PG courses.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by achieving monthly enrollment targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle objections effectively and close admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Eligibility





- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Admission Counseling, EdTech, BPO, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
