Job Profile/Description:

- Handling a team which will consist of Graphic Designers, Visualizers
- Will be responsible for rolling out the annual plan and the benchmarks for taking the division ahead
- Will be responsible to plan and review the performance of juniors/ team-mates and accordingly providing training & development initiatives
- Kick-off meetings with the project management, client & medical team to discuss the projects initiations
- Will be responsible for coaching and training of the team
- Will be executing ideas into all forms of visual communication media
- Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at
- Will be visiting the clients as and when required
- As required giving creative presentations to the clients or internal team
- Taking responsibility & initiatives in overall cost-reduction

Qualifications: Bachelor in Fine Arts (B.F.A)

Work Experience: 8-10 yrs experience in the industry with around 2-3 years’ experience as an Art Director.
