Role & Responsibilities -

- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for influencers, content creators, and entertainment properties managed by Dot Media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals across lifestyle, entertainment, and business publications.
- Draft high-quality press releases, media pitches, articles, talking points, and other PR communication materials.
- Secure regular media coverage, interviews, and feature stories for Dot Media's creators and campaigns.
- Strengthen media share of voice and enhance brand visibility through consistent PR efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand positioning, campaign messaging, and announcements.
- Identify emerging industry trends and proactively leverage opportunities for media coverage and thought leadership.




- Coordinate press interactions, media interviews, press events, and other PR activities for talent.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze campaign performance, and prepare weekly and monthly PR reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, or Communications.
- Solid network within entertainment and lifestyle media; exposure to business media is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in drafting press releases, media pitches, and editorial content.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, talent management agencies, or media companies is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
