Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be organized, punctual, and willing to handle various administrative and office support tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain daily office operations.
- Purchase and maintain office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Handle courier dispatches and collect incoming parcels/documents.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
- Ensure office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Support staff with basic office-related tasks as required.
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements.
- Monitor stock levels of office supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Serve tea, coffee,



or refreshments for employees and visitors when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary).
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- License required
