We are seeking experienced and dedicated Site Supervisors for our prestigious large scale township development project in Malappuram District, Kerala. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, excellent site management skills, and the ability to coordinate construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress of work and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and quality of materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality workmanship.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports,



and documentation.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues in coordination with the project team.
- Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or township developments.
- Sound knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and site execution.
- Ability to manage labour teams and coordinate multiple construction activities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
