Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Coordinator – Business Development to support client acquisition and recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR or recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify business opportunities by connecting with companies that have manpower requirements across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach companies across India with hiring and manpower requirements.
- Generate new business leads and develop potential client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients to understand recruitment needs and ensure timely hiring support.
- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, candidate tracking, and client follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage recruitment data using MS Office.




- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of hiring requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business development targets.

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
