We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Valuation Assistant to conduct site inspections, collecting property data, and preparing valuation reports. The role involves frequent field visits, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits to residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Inspect and measure properties (area, structure, condition, access, surroundings)
- Take photographs and document site conditions accurately
- Verify property details such as ownership, boundaries, and usage
- Collect market information (nearby property rates, amenities, infrastructure)
- Assist in preparing valuation reports and data entry
- Coordinate with clients, banks, and internal valuation teams
- Ensure all reports and documentation are accurate and submitted on time
- Maintain proper records of site visits, photos, and supporting documents
- Follow company procedures and local regulations during inspections

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
