Job Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the hospital's financial planning, budgeting, accounting, statutory compliance, revenue monitoring, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role ensures financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and supports strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor departmental budgets and control operational costs.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly,



quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain the General Ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Review bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

Revenue Cycle Management

- Monitor hospital billing, collections, and revenue realization.
- Coordinate with Billing, Insurance, TPA, and Cash Counter teams.
- Analyze revenue leakage and implement corrective measures.
- Review patient receivables and aging reports.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Skilled Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.Financial Analysis
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Analyze department-wise profitability and cost centers.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
