Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Study Visa Filing Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience in visa processing or immigration services. The role involves handling end-to-end documentation and application processes for study visas, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file study visa applications for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.
- Review client documents to ensure completeness and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements
- Guide clients on required documentation, timelines, and procedures
- Fill visa application forms accurately and submit them through appropriate channels (online/offline)
- Track application status and update clients regularly
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and internal teams when required
- Maintain proper records of applications and supporting documents
- Stay updated with changing visa rules,



policies, and immigration procedures
- Handle client queries and provide professional support throughout the process

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in study visa filing or immigration consultancy
- Good knowledge of visa procedures for major study destinations (Europe, Australia, USA, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, online portals)
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with immigration consultancies or education advisors
- Familiarity with visa portals and documentation systems
- Ability to handle high-volume application processing efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
