Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and apps using JSON APIs. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, working on new innovative concepts, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding client requirements & functional specifications.

2. Produce detailed specifications.

3. Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications.

4. Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization

and functionality.

5. Plan database & SQL optimization for large scale web applications.

6. Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle.

7. Sending regular updates about project status.

8. Proactive, responsible with professional communication skill.

9. Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code.

10. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to the problems.

Requirements:

1. Proven software development experience in PHP.

2. Understanding of MVC design patterns.

3.



Experience with WordPress websites.

4. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Code Igniter and PHPMyDirectory.

5. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX,

XML etc.

6. Positive knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Postgreg, version control tools and of developing

web services.

7. Experience in common third party API's.

8. Having a knowledge of developing web services (SOAP and REST).

9. Advance understanding of Bootstrap.

10. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

11. Experience in MERN stack will be bonus.

12. Strong knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery

13. Unit testing in PHP

14. Strong knowledge of MYSQL and Complex query structure

15. Proficient understanding of linux servers

16. Experience developing complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customer.

17. Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project.

18. Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect

requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.

19. Soft Skills: Strong communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, high

energy environment.
