About the Role

My Hub Technologies Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Business Onboarding to expand our business network by onboarding merchants onto the My Hub Application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential businesses, demonstrating the application's features, explaining its perks, and successfully converting prospects into active users.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential businesses for onboarding onto the My Hub Application.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the My Hub Application to business owners.
- Explain how the application can help businesses increase visibility, improve customer engagement, and streamline operations.
- Guide businesses through the registration and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings,



and conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Ability to explain mobile applications and digital solutions in a simple and effective manner.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Android applications, and digital platforms.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in App Sales, SaaS Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or Business Onboarding.
- Prior field sales or B2B sales experience is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with digital products and mobile applications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
