Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Management Faculty to deliver high-quality classroom and practical training. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare students for successful careers in logistics, warehousing, procurement, shipping, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Train students on current logistics software, ERP concepts, and industry practices.
- Conduct case studies, group discussions, and project-based learning.
- Guide students in live projects, internships, and industrial visits.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Conduct mock interviews, aptitude sessions, and placement preparation.
- Update course content based on current industry trends.
- Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling and curriculum planning.
- Maintain academic records and submit reports on time.
- Mentor students regarding career opportunities and certifications.




- Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and promotional academic events.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.
- Master's Degree/MBA in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Logistics, SAP, ERP, or Supply Chain are an added advantage.

Experience

- 2 years of teaching or industry experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in shipping,



warehousing, procurement, freight forwarding, import/export, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain operations is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics software and ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Practical understanding of modern supply chain practices.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Strong mentoring and counselling skills.
- Proficiency in English; Malayalam communication is an added advantage.
