Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, or Ruby.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG pipelines) into applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, DevOps) to design and implement new features.
- Develop and maintain APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) for seamless system integration.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in system design and architectural discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in backend development and AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 15 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Proven experience working with multiple backend programming languages (Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, Ruby, etc.).




- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs and RAG frameworks.
- Robust understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in API development (RESTful and/or GraphQL).
- Proficiency with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote collaborative setup.

Mandatory Skills
