? About the Operations Executive Role We are seeking a proactive
Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Oslo. In this key
position, you will drive operational efficiency, support
cross-functional projects, and contribute to process improvements
across the organisation. The role is vital to ensuring seamless
business operations and delivering outstanding internal service.
This is a full-time, onsite position located in the centre of Oslo,
with the potential for some flexibility in working arrangements. ?️
Key Responsibilities in Business Operations and Process Improvement
Coordinate and optimise daily business activities to ensure smooth
operations across departments. Collaborate with internal teams to
streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Monitor, analyse,
and report on operational performance and key metrics. Initiate and
implement process improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices
and compliance. Support the delivery of operational projects on
time, in scope, and within budget. Assist with resource planning
and support onboarding for new team members. Develop, document, and
maintain procedures for core operational processes. Identify and
escalate potential risks or operational challenges proactively. ✅
Essential Qualifications and Skills for Operations Excellence
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations
management, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years of
experience in an operations, administration, or project
coordination role.



Demonstrated ability to work effectively within
a team and independently. Strong analytical skills with experience
using data to improve processes. Excellent communication skills in
English and Norwegian (both written and verbal). Proficient in MS
Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with business
management systems. High level of organisational skills, attention
to detail, and strong problem-solving ability. Adaptable and
comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting. ?
