Previous experience in airline ticketing or customer service is
preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to
handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Proficient in
computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly -
Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays - Must be
able to lift and move heavy baggage when necessary - Must have a
