Airport Ground Staff. As a member of the ground staff, you will
play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at
the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at
check-in and boarding gates - Handle ticketing and baggage check-in
processes - Provide information and assistance to passengers
regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations - Assist
passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or
passengers with disabilities - Coordinate with other departments to
ensure timely and efficient boarding of passengers - Handle
customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous
manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all
safety and security procedures at the airport - Assist with other
tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager Requirements: -




Minimum 12th pass or equivalent education - Fluent in English and
Hindi, knowledge of other regional languages is a plus - Excellent
communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic workplace - Good physical fitness and
ability to lift heavy baggage - Willingness to work in shifts,
including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Previous
experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not mandatory
