We operate across Food, Pharma, Packaging, Environment, and Gas sectors as part of QIMA's global network in 85+ countries.About The Role:Senior laboratory manager to lead and oversee our Residue Analysis and Trace Laboratory — ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in pesticide residue and trace contaminant analysis. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS, method validation, ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, and team management.Key Responsibilities:Laboratory Operations & Technical Leadership:Lead and oversee pesticide residue and trace contaminant analysis using GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS instrumentationSupervise analysis of pesticides, antibiotics, vitamins, melamine, PFAS/PFOS, dioxins, furans, PAHs, PCBs, and other trace contaminantsImplement and optimize QuEChERS and advanced sample preparation techniquesDrive method development, verification, validation, and measurement uncertainty studiesRegulatory & Quality Compliance:Ensure compliance with SANTE, AOAC, ISO/IEC 17025, FSSAI, and APEDA regulatory guidelinesHandle internal audits, NABL assessments, customer audits, and regulatory inspectionsMaintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 documentation, data integrity, and laboratory quality standardsReview and approve analytical data, chromatograms, validation reports, and test reportsManage instrument qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshootingTeam Leadership & Development:Supervise, train,
