We are looking for candidates with experience in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably from transformer, reactor, switchgear, electrical equipment, heavy fabrication, tank fabrication, pressure vessel, or similar engineering industries.
The role involves preparing customer approval drawings, manufacturing/shop drawings, vendor drawings, BOMs, and handling drawing revisions in coordination with production and design teams. Therefore, candidates should have a positive understanding of manufacturing drawings, fabrication practices, dimensions, tolerances, and revision control, not just AutoCAD drafting.
Preference should be given to candidates with 3 years of experience in manufacturing-based engineering companies rather than candidates from architecture, interior design, civil construction, or purely drafting backgrounds.
Working days are Monday to Saturday. 1st and 3rd Saturday's are off. Timings are 9:30 am - 6:30 pm.
