customers. Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic

and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Airport Ground
Staff. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to kickstart
their career in the aviation industry and gain valuable experience

in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: - Greet

and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and
baggage claim area - Handle passenger inquiries and provide
information about flight schedules, delays, and other
travel-related information - Check and verify passenger documents
and ensure compliance with airport security regulations - Assist
with the boarding process and ensure a smooth and timely departure
for all flights - Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and
unloading from the aircraft - Conduct safety and security checks on
the aircraft before and after each flight - Assist passengers with
special needs,



such as unaccompanied minors or disabled individuals

- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a

professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other airport
staff and airlines to ensure efficient and safe operations -
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure compliance with

company policies and procedures Requirements: - High school diploma

or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment -

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Basic computer

skills and knowledge of airport operations is an asset - Must be
able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security
