Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- To look after the training and placement activities of students.

To have close liaison with industry for the placement of students.

To work in consultation with coordinator Industry –Institute interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals and industry.

To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement

Arrange training programmes for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.

To organize the entrepreneurship workshops.

Responsible for the Industry Interaction to create campus recruitment & Internships opportunities for the students

Maintain Database of potential Recruiters, meet HR of various organizations and maintain good relations with them to explore avenues for Placement / Internships.

Generate reports on data of the students and other documents and maintain records and files pertaining to Placement and Internships.





Manage Events, Seminar, Workshops related to T&P; Dept.

Maintain positive relations with students and the faculty coordinators for smooth functioning of day-to-day affairs in the office.

Requirement: The candidate should have a pleasing personality having excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, can meet the targets of Campus Placements, Coordination in the training & candidate should be well versed in Academia Industry Interface.

Experience:

For Training & Placement Officer - Candidates should have around 4-5 years experience in the T&P; Dept from a reputed University/Institution.

For Executive - Candidates should have a minimum 1-3 years experience T&P; Dept from a reputed University/Institution.
