Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience in content creation and short-form video production. The ideal candidate should be confident in planning, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging reels that align with our brand identity and current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and create engaging content ideas for social media.
- Shoot high-quality reels and short-form videos for the brand.
- Edit reels using trending transitions, effects, captions, and audio.
- Publish and schedule reels across social media platforms.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and trending audio.
- Coordinate with the team to create promotional, educational, and brand-awareness content.
- Ensure consistent posting and maintain content quality across platforms.




- Monitor the performance of posted content and suggest improvements based on engagement.
- Visit shoot locations (if required) to capture product, office, or event-related content.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in content creation and reel production.
- Strong experience in reel shooting, video editing, and content posting.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and other short-form video platforms.
- Hands-on experience with editing tools such as CapCut, VN Editor, InShot, or similar applications.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic understanding of current social media trends, viral formats, and audience preferences.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work from the office and meet content deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
