Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate accurate sales invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Verify sales orders, dispatch details, pricing, GST, and customer information before billing.
- Maintain daily sales billing records and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Reconcile sales invoices with dispatch and payment records to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to resolve billing-related discrepancies.
- Maintain customer account records, outstanding reports, and billing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company accounting policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS for management.
- Handle customer billing queries and provide timely resolution.
- Support the Accounts team during audits, month-end closing, and financial reconciliations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate (B.Com preferred) or any Graduate with an Accounts background.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Billing, Accounts, or Billing Operations.
- Experience in ERP/Tally and GST billing will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
