ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. You will plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns, support SEO and content initiatives, and track analytics across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced multi-brand workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and manage lead-gen campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, etc.
- Optimize for CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS
- Strategize and execute B2B and B2C campaigns




- Manage campaign dashboards, automations, and lead syncing
- Collaborate across multiple teams
- Stay updated with digital trends and tools

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 1 years in performance marketing
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics
- Strong copywriting and content creation (Canva, etc.)
- Basic SEO and keyword knowledge
- Strong analytical and communication skills

LOCATION

Kompally, Hyderabad

SALARY

Based on experience and interview

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kompally, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
